My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but the dining experience left much to be desired. My stay at the Hilton was overall pleasant. The room was spacious but could have been cleaner and larger. The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, at times sending cool air into the room. The service left much to be desired, as they charged my card additional money upon check-in without authorization, which was frustrating and felt like fraud to me. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a prime location, making it very accessible to attractions and shopping.
The hotel offers a very homely feeling in the rooms, but there was a black water build-up in the tub. The location is great surrounded by upscale dining options, but the parking situation led to inconveniently long waits.
